The teams agreed to play 1 more inning. The National team scored 2 more runs in the top of the 8th making it 10 - 8. The American team tied the game with a 2 run homerun by Jared Engle and then went ahead by 1 run to win the game 11 - 10. Coleton was chosen as MVP because he finished the game with 2 doubles, 5 RBIs, and 4 stolen bases (2 of them were to home plate).
